I totally believe that women should have the same possibilities as men in every aspect of our lives. The world is still a machist place, and although women had improved their situation in some countries (some countries still do not let women drive!!), the situation is still far from equal. For instance in science, although a lot of the best scientists are women, there is still a large presence in media or even universities and research centres of men. Think about it, how many women scientist can you name? Probably you thought of Marie Curie, can you name another?

Yes!
And gender equality is really an important issue. I hope that some day we don’t neet to discuss and fight about this topic anymore, because everybody just acknowledges that all genders are equal.

Hi!
I definitely believe in equality!
It’s really sad that this is not always the case in every country and in every field (not just in science, it happens in many other jobs…and parts of our everyday life).
Hopefully one day we’ll get better at this. We’ve made some improvements, but I think there’s still a long way to go before we reach equality.
